Stacey specializes in leadership, and holds a doctorate in Leadership, Policy, and Administration from the University of Saint Thomas in Minneapolis, MN.

She has worked with leaders in K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, business, and human resources.

She is an ontological coach, having trained with Newfield Network.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation and Minnesota Coaches Association.

She teaches a course in Coaching and Mentoring for the Human Resource and Change Leadership masters program at the University of Saint Thomas.
