Stacey specializes in leadership, and completed her doctorate in Leadership, Policy, and Administration from the University of Saint Thomas in Minneapolis, MN in 2009.

She has worked with leaders in K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, business, city government, and human resources.

She is an ontological coach, having trained with Newfield Network.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation and Minnesota Coaches Association.

She teaches coursework in leadership, coaching and mentoring for graduate students at the University of Saint Thomas.
